I am from a country outside Canada, USA or the UK like schooling systems such as India, Pakistan, Philippines, Nigeria, Europe and like. Will my Secondary School Certificate having 12 years of schooling be considered equal to "Canadian Secondary School Certificate/Diploma" for admission purposes?

No - Your country's secondary school diploma may not mean a diploma equivalent to a Canadian Secondary school diploma. You may need to get it assessed by a Government approved agency before acceptance for admission in Canadian College or for Visa purpose.

However, if you have a SSD or HSC from outside Canada and have completed any post-secondary diploma from a Canadian Institution, you may submit only the copy of diploma without SSD or HSD and Can-College may accept it without ECA or assessment.
