I have completed Secondary School (12 Years Schooling) in my home country and also have a Bachelor's or Master's degrees, Do I still need to send my Secondary School Certificate with admission application or for ECA?

    No, you don't need to... just submit your Bachelor or Master's degrees. But if you have completed a Secondary School Certificate and a one or more years diploma, then you will need to send your proof of secondary school completion along with diploma certificate.
