How to Request Student Records

Student records include a diploma, an official transcript, a letter of completion or an interim transcript. Current students and past graduates can request these documents via the methods below.

Note: If you are looking to request any documentation for a study permit extension with IRCC, please visit this link instead.

A: Diploma, Certificate, Transcript, and Letter of Completion

Upon graduation, students will receive their official diploma/certificate in the program they studied, an official transcript, and a letter of completion. These documents can only be issued after graduation.

Students must meet the graduation criteria and complete the graduation process in order to receive these documents. General graduation criteria include passing all courses in the program and paying the tuition fees in full. The student is required to follow all instructions emailed after the last course in their program to begin the graduation process. If the student meets the graduation requirements, graduation processing may begin, lasting an estimated 30 - 45 business days from the date the student meets all graduation requirements.

For inquiries, please refer to your graduation portal access email sent after the last course in your program and contact the college staff/administrator designated for your graduation process.

B: Duplicate Copy of Documents

After graduation, students may request a duplicate of their student records. This may include, but is not limited to, a duplicate copy for personal use, or a request to send a document to another school or institution.

To request a duplicate copy of a document, please send an email and include your full name, student reference number, and request in detail.

C: Interim Transcript

For current students who have not yet graduated, an interim transcript may be requested. An interim transcript is a document that indicates a student's progress in their program at the time of issuance. Students must have started their program and have completed at least one course in their program to be eligible for an interim transcript.

To request an interim transcript, please send an email and include your full name, student reference number, and  a detailed reason for your request.

For other inquiries, please send an email and include your full name, student reference number, and inquiry in detail.
