The program focuses on estimating labor, materials, equipment, and overhead associated with mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection.

Learners develop foundational skills in reading mechanical drawings, performing quantity take-offs, understanding mechanical systems, and applying standard estimating methods commonly used in residential and light commercial construction.
