Admission Application- Intake- Short Study Programs

If You have all required information and documents ready,  please use the following admission categories and apply. this process may take 15-20 minutes to complete. We highly recommend to use a computer or laptop to complete this process.

    Critical Next Steps after Submission

    Once you have submitted your initial application, please follow these instructions immediately to avoid losing your progress:

    1. Check Your Email: Look for a confirmation message containing instructions for the next step, which includes uploading your additional mandatory documents.

    2. Monitor Your Spam Folder: Automated emails may sometimes be filtered. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see the message in your primary inbox.

    3. Complete within 3 Business Days: Your application must be completed by uploading the required documents within 3 business days.

    Important System Notice: Incomplete applications are automatically deleted by the system after 3 business days. If your file is removed, you will need to start the registration process from the beginning.

    If you notice and error once the form is submitted, you may fix it instantly by editing your profile on this LMS system. Please select the Edit Profile link from the login section on the top right corner of this page.  The College is not responsible for any errors or mistakes on student contracts or LOA's once issued. 

    Required Documentation Checklist

    1. Government-issued identification: Provide a clear copy of a valid photo ID. Accepted documents include a Passport Bio Data Page, a Government ID card, or any official photo identification issued by a recognized authority.

    2. Age Requirement Applicants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. We welcome lifelong learners and there is no maximum age limit for our programs.

    3. Educational Credentials (Standard Academic Applicant) Provide a copy of your Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or an equivalent high school certificate. If you hold a higher degree or diploma, that is also accepted.

    • International Credentials: Applicants with education from outside Canada must provide an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) where applicable to verify equivalency.

    4. Mature Student Applicant (MSA) Status If you do not possess a high school diploma or GED, you may apply under Mature Student Status. This status is available to applicants who are at least 19 years of age. This pathway is designed to recognize the professional skills, work history, and life experience you have gained since leaving formal education.

    5. Proof of Name Change (If Applicable) If the name on your government ID does not match the name on your educational transcripts, you must provide legal proof of a name change, such as a Name Change Affidavit.

    • Important Note: Please be advised that marriage certificates are not accepted as proof of a legal name change for registration purposes.
