List A: Medical Administration and OHIP Revenue Programs
These programs focus on administrative excellence and financial accuracy within the Ontario healthcare system.

General Academic Requirement: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.

International Equivalency: We accept high school or university credentials from your home country. No Canadian equivalency report (like WES) is required for initial enrollment in these short certificate courses.

Mature Student Status: If you are 19 years of age or older and do not have a high school diploma, you may be admitted based on a basic English proficiency assessment.

Program Specifics:

Ontario Health Billing: Successful completion of Advanced Medical Lexicon (Medical Terminology) or proof of prior medical background is required.

Digital Health Records: Basic computer literacy and a typing speed of 30 words per minute are recommended.

Technical Note: A computer running Windows 10 or 11 is required for the billing software modules. Mac users will be provided with alternative theory assignments.
List B: Specialized Clinical and Remediation Skills
These programs involve technical or hands-on clinical protocols. Some require higher security or health clearances due to the nature of the work.

Bio-Recovery and Trauma Site Restoration Specialist:

Clinical Sterilization and Device Reprocessing (MDR Tech):

Mandatory for Placement: A clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check and up-to-date Immunization Record (including TB testing) are required before the clinical lab portion begins.

Neuro-Care and Responsive Behaviour Documentation:

Designed for those with a background in caregiving.
Prerequisite: A prior certificate in Personal Support Work (PSW), Nursing (RN/RPN), or at least one year of verified experience in a senior care setting.

Open to healthcare professionals and community workers.
