Methods of Evaluation: Academic Honesty and Integrity: Course Evaluation and Assessment: Participants will be expected to complete reading and homework assignments and will be assigned an advanced legal research or writing based project to complete and assess on self assessment basis. Exams, Quizzes, Assignments: 100% Multiple choice exam (Open book) Students are required to read carefully and follow the course outline under the “Evaluation and Assessment” heading once logged in course OLMS page after registration. Based on this course requirements, this information will be available within the (OLMS) course outline, once admission is approved. Students must read and apply submission deadlines. Assessment / Evaluation Rules, Attendance, Grading Standard: 70% score to pass the exam. |
How to get course notes and materials?
All L.A.P.E.C. Prep Course students are provided with online access to downloadable course materials, including PDF presentations and supplementary preparation materials.
Upon full admission, students will have online access to a secure student’s portal, from where they may view, download, and share notes and reference materials.
All notes and study materials are provided equally to all students regardless of their attendance format. Readings in the required texts will be assigned in advance of the start of classes, and it is recommended that students attend class or session well prepared. Supplement your ICCRC Licensing exam study materials with course notes, copies of lecture slides, and handouts.
For Online Courses No user-end software license , web cameras or training are required. Students just need a computer or smart device and DSL-speed Internet to join live sessions. Click here for basic system requirements and protocols.
All P.D.L.E.S.- Program registrants are provided with detailed instructions and links, allowing them access to a live webcast on the date and time of a given program, and the ability to speak and ask questions during live sessions directly to the educator. P.D.L.E.S. will also allow access to video archives for up to two (2) consecutive Bar exam attempts.

No Show/No Attendance Policy
1- Online:If student fails to attend live or online class/session, he/she will be marked absent. No refund or exchange of event format will apply in this situation. Generally there is a 75% attendance rule which applies in various diplomas or certification course(s); but for the prep course it is not mandatory, as students will have access to class/course video at a later time and may not miss anything.
2- In class:Attendance in this class format is based on course requirements; please see your course outline for more details. 3- Video:This format is mostly based on self-study methodology and students may govern themselves accordingly for their own interest.
