Identity theft and fraud is a generally new area of law that is constantly evolving and changing with new technology and advances. It is important to stay up to date on these areas to keep yourself and clients protected and informed. This session will focus on how identity theft and fraud have a negative impact on individuals, corporations, government and consumers. We will take an in-depth approach in understanding how to prevent and protect yourself from such issues.
