Focus: The Administrative and Legal Landscape

• Understanding the Canada Health Act and the Ontario Ministry of Health.

• Defining roles for the Physician, the Patient, and the Administrator.

• Privacy legislation mastery focusing on PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act).

• Introduction to the "Schedule of Benefits" and the "Technical vs. Professional" components of billing.
