This seminar will explain the current policies and procedures for Live-in Caregiver Program (LCP) applicants and the Occupational Responsibility of Care-Givers to meet the IRPA/IRPR requirements. Avoiding inadmissibility based on serious criminality under Section 36 of IRPA.
